CMPI’s President and CEO, Maria Fe Perez-Agudo, accepted the award along with other distributors from Kuwait, Pakistan, and Peru at the 2023 Changan Automobile Overseas Partner Conference held in China.
The award shows that CMPI is committed to enhancing the ownership experience and meeting the needs of today’s motorists. CMPI’s phenomenal 221 percent growth in sales in the first quarter of 2023 is driven by the popular CS35 Plus crossover and Alsvin subcompact sedan. CMPI is looking to continue its progress in the coming years with the introduction of its two new crossovers geared towards the more premium market and sports Changan’s “Vision-V” design philosophy, namely, the Uni line of vehicles which are the Uni-T and Uni-K which were publicly unveiled at the 2023 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS).
Along with that, CMPI already has 18 dealerships locally, with plans to expand more in the future. They also recognized its interactive community with more than 40 Changan car clubs, which helped contribute to their growth locally.
