Fulfilling their tagline of “Your Responsible Partner,” IPC donated a total of P1 million in cash to four chosen health institutions here in the Philippines, each hospital receives P250,000 to provide for their ongoing projects and routine daily expenses.

Before the year ended, IPC honored their pledge as they turned over the last two P250,000 cash donations to the Philippine Children’s Medical Center (PCMC) in Quezon City and Dumarao Medicare Hospital in Capiz.

“We are glad that we are able to extend assistance to different hospitals nationwide through this Road to Progress donation project. As Filipino’s responsible partner, our goal here is to be able to give back to the community, particularly those that are in dire need of assistance. Together with our dealers, we hope to uplift the lives of many more Filipinos with our projects in line with our renewed vision.”

As for how these institutions plan on utilizing the cash aid, PCMC is currently expanding and enhancing its existing facilities. Although PCMC is a government-run hospital specializing in pediatrics, it must also handle the training of future medical practitioners, being a hospital and training ground simultaneously. Through the cash donation from IPC, a new shed to cover their waiting area will be constructed to protect patients, parents, personnel, and expensive equipment while waiting.
On the other hand, Dumarao Medicare Hospital (DMH), a hospital operated by the local government of Dumarao, Capiz, caters to several barangays in their vicinity. Through the cash assistance provided by IPC, Dumarao Medicare Hospital will be acquiring more medical equipment and supplies to further serve their patients.
