Acknowledging this reality and staying true to its commitment to customer safety and peace of mind, Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) has updated its Roadside Assistance program. This enhanced service gives Hyundai owners access to emergency towing, minor on-site repairs, and a range of other personal vehicle support services whenever needed.

Hyundai’s 24/7 Emergency Towing Assistance is available for any Hyundai model up to 13 years old and includes nationwide towing to the nearest authorized Hyundai dealership. Under the enhanced program, Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) will cover towing costs of up to P8,000 for standard cases and up to P10,000 for vehicles affected by flooding. For more complex roadside incidents, the program also covers crane and recovery services for up to P10,000, providing critical support in situations where vehicles are immobilized or difficult to extract.
In cases of breakdowns or other roadside issues, Hyundai owners can take advantage of a wide array of services designed to minimize disruption. These include minor on-site repairs, flat tire replacement, battery jumpstart, and emergency fuel delivery, with up to P5,000 in coverage to help vehicles get back on the road quickly and safely.
To further support drivers during emergencies, the program offers up to P3,000 in hotel accommodations (for up to three days and two nights), P2,000 for continuation of the journey, and P1,000 for return of the driver.

Hyundai’s commitment extends beyond vehicle-related concerns. The enhanced Roadside Assistance program includes a robust set of personal and medical assistance services, such as hospital admission coordination, ambulance dispatch, emergency message relay, relay of urgent messages, and directory assistance. Locksmith support is also available through the program, offering help when drivers are locked out or unable to access their vehicle.
Lastly, all newly released Hyundai vehicles now come with automatic enrollment for one year of Hyundai’s Roadside Assistance program, allowing new owners to enjoy immediate access to this comprehensive suite of services.
